At APRÓ, we place great emphasis on ensuring the reliability, confidentiality, and security of personal data. Unless otherwise specifically stated in this privacy policy, references to "the company" and/or "we" refer to APRÓ.
Purpose of this policy
This privacy policy aims to inform you about how the company processes personal data, including what personal data the company collects and how we use such data.
This privacy policy applies only when the company processes personal data as a controller under Law No. 90/2018 on personal data protection and the processing of personal data. Examples include when the company processes data about individuals who do business with us, contacts representing organizations that do business with us, or job applicants.
This privacy policy does not cover the company's processing of personal data related to providing IT services to organizations. In such cases, the company's client is considered the controller, and the company acts as a processor on behalf of the client, processing such data based on a contract with the client.
A data protection officer has been designated for the company and is responsible for overseeing the company's compliance with applicable data protection laws.
