    Iceland's secondary school admissions gateway runs on Lighthouse - AI in a live citizen-facing process, with strict per-institution data isolation. The same platform helps MMS, the country's national Directorate of Education, find verified policy and curriculum answers from its own content, with the source cited on every response. An admissions process is auditable by design, and staff who used to search policy documents for hours now find what they need in seconds.
