APRÓ Develops an AI Solution for Grímsnes- og Grafningshreppu

As part of this project, the municipality is also developing a policy for AI use and information security for Grímsnes- and Grafningshrepp.

During the development phase, we'll map out the main processes where AI can support the municipality's work, build an internal knowledge base, and run training sessions for staff. Finally, we'll prepare a summary with measurements and recommendations for next steps.
