APRÓ partnered with BYKO to implement a secure and practical AI solution built on AWS Bedrock and a custom LibreChat interface. The solution gives BYKO employees access to advanced AI tools like Claude for daily tasks — all in a single workspace that securely connects to the company's internal systems.

The Challenge

BYKO needed a secure AI solution where every employee — in stores, service centers, and headquarters — could use AI in a secure and consistent way.

The main goals were to:

• Provide secure access for all employees through one unified AI environment.

• Use AI to pull information from internal systems and BYKO databases without needing to search through multiple platforms.

• Give employees a personal assistant in the form of an AI agent called "Bubbi Builder".

• Ensure full GDPR compliance and the company's internal data protection rules.

• Expand use cases with a flexible solution that could grow alongside the business.

APRÓ's Solution

APRÓ built a custom LibreChat interface that lets every BYKO employee use AI in a secure, managed workspace. The solution is powered by AWS Bedrock and integrated with BYKO's internal authentication service (SAML/OIDC) for simple single sign-on access.
With the solution, employees can talk with their own AI assistant — Bubbi Builder — who provides access to product information, standard operating procedures, and operational data.

Bubbi Builder – BYKO's Smart Work Partner

Bubbi Builder is an AI agent working behind the LibreChat interface, bringing together many of BYKO's internal information sources into one conversational form. Bubbi knows who the user is, what role they have, and answers questions based on their access permissions.

The Solution Offers

• General AI tools for summaries, translations, and content creation (Claude through Bedrock).

• Product Agent (PIM – Product Information Management): Connects to BYKO's product and inventory systems to pull product information, prices, and stock levels in real time.

• Employee Agent (Relesys): Connects to BYKO's internal employee system for procedures and training materials.

• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation): Enables semantic search across internal documents and knowledge using Amazon S3 and OpenSearch.

• Encryption, access control, and audit trails through AWS KMS, IAM, CloudWatch, and CloudTrail.

Technical Setup

Interface: Custom LibreChat (APRÓ OSS), hosted on AWS, protected with CloudFront and WAF.
Backend: Amazon API Gateway + AWS Lambda for communications and security policies.
Data Layer: Amazon S3 and Amazon OpenSearch Service for RAG and tagging.
AI Layer: AWS Bedrock with Anthropic Claude models, with no training on BYKO's internal data.
Authentication & Security: AWS IAM Identity Center, AWS KMS, CloudWatch, and VPC endpoints.
