Artificial intelligence is no longer just a chat window; it has become an active participant in software development. In this meeting, we dive deep into the opportunities that open up when AI is applied systematically to solve complex, real-world development tasks.

We will cover how to utilize Claude Code to build more efficient workflows and increase programming productivity, as well as discuss practical steps for implementing and maintaining such practices within a team. Finally, we will look to the future and address the question: what does it mean to run a business with the help of agents?

At the meeting, Jósúa Theodórsson, software specialist at APRÓ, and Jón Levy Guðmundsson, software development team lead at APRÓ, will discuss how to utilize Claude Code and related modules in software development.

Topics will include, among other things:

• basic components of Claude: Agents, Skills, and MCP connections (MCP's)

• how to combine these components to create workflows that enable AI to handle larger tasks

• examples of how each component works and examples of how the components can work together

• reflections on how to share and maintain such workflows

• looking to the future, where is the trend heading, and what does it mean to run a business with the help of agents?

The floor will be open for discussions and questions.
